Typeform with Webflow

Typeform with Webflow

Typeform is useful when a form is long, conversational or branching enough that a native Webflow form would hurt completion. I embed it without losing attribution or the next step after submit.

Forms work like this usually takes 1–2 days

What the integration covers

What connects, and what we figure out first.

What connects

  • Inline, popup, slider or full-page Typeform embeds
  • URL parameters or hidden fields carrying UTM, referrer and user context
  • Responses sent to a CRM, spreadsheet, email tool or automation
  • Completion callbacks and post-submit page behavior
  • A fallback plan for mobile and slower loads

What we figure out first

  • Typeform replaces Webflow’s form. Submissions live in Typeform and downstream tools, not Webflow’s native form submissions.
  • Hidden fields must be configured. URL parameters need to exist and be passed deliberately.
  • Styling can only go so far. Typeform can be themed, but it will not become a fully native Webflow form.
  • Callbacks can affect redirects. Typeform’s embed callbacks and ending behavior need to be tested together.

Typeform earns the embed when the experience matters: surveys, qualification flows, applications, onboarding questions or anything long enough that one static form would feel punishing.

The trade is control. You get Typeform’s experience, branching and response tools, but Webflow no longer owns the form submission. Anything downstream should listen to Typeform’s webhook or integration path.

I pass attribution through URL parameters, test the completion behavior and make sure the next step is not a dead end. The visitor should finish the form and know exactly what happens next.
